Recently, I bought tickets through Super Rewards, using my mobile phone.
I received all messages on my phone, even the website said that my transaction was complete, the service from where I bought tickets has send me the confirmation, so everything with Super Rewards website was okay.
But the thing is, on the game I didn't received nothing. I waited like an hour and still 0 tickets.
I'm thinking that the problem is on the game, because, as I said, Super Rewards has send me all the confirmation stuff.
I wait for a response from coke or anybody from the staff.
I tried to send a private message but since my forum account is new, the forum says:
"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."
