so I bought tickets and they never appeared it was the 100 tickets for 4.99 and I waited hours and still didn't appear. Robby please do something about this please help me.

ok here's proof. I bought it on ios a iPod from the app Helmet Heroes it costed 5.35 with tax and I waited a hour and it didn't appear btw the purchase was on a iPod 5th gen.

Do you not have, perhaps a message in your online banking account/paypal or service you bought it from, listing how much it was, when etc?

They're asking for proof of the purchase, not for you to add onto how you bought it. Something like a screenshot of the purchase and time, but not the bank details and such.

if you bought it on ios call the apple support number and explain what happened and they will give you your in store credit and you can buy what you want with it
