Unable to withdraw money from bank

I've been unable to withdraw my money from the bank. When I try to withdraw money it just goes blank and I have to exit out of the menu. Please fix this.

it is a glitch. don't withdraw all of your money, and try to withdraw it as soon as possible once you enter an area.
