Banned for no reason.

Logged on for some idle farming while watching YouTube and got disconnected.

No ban reason was given and I havent done anything wrong. Not a bug with logging in or anything. I made a new character and added myself to my friends list and I actually show up with the banned cross. I'm lvl 115 or something, my skill choices were shit but i dont want to have to start a new character. By banned account username is TheCreakyCracker.
