My pets cant wear their equipments

What and how

My pets cant equip any helmet or boots, just appears the letter to Cleveland on their items tab. This makes my luck pet much worse without any gear, and even more when I remember that it is my companion.

Looks like that this is happening only to me, because I already have entered in other accounts and they still as fine as they should be.

Waiting for any answer that can help me to solve this problem

Transfer all your items to one of your alts except the set which your pet should carry, maybe that helps.
