i have relogged and login just to try if it fixed itself, and i have stop playing for weeks just to wait, and still my money stuck cant withdraw it ???

Switch to a server and area with lesser player, in the best case go to an area with zero other player and try to withdraw your money.

Withdraw your money 1m at a time, I experience this before and I did this method. Just try ut and GL
