Pet Bug or Hack?

Hi GM rob please help all my pet is gone including my power stats from pet orb. i experiance this before my pet is gone but my power stats are there i dont know whats happening i am the onlyone who knows my password and i am changing my password every month so please help me i know you can because you can trace the ownership of the pets.
