What I mean is that I like the rulesbreakingness of the Update time. I like that, when fighting a frog, I don't know what's going to happen. I don't know that it'll take 2-4 hits to kill it. I don't know how much experience I'll get. It's like Halloween, the traditional rules are out the window. Update as it is now is like sitting in a hurricane. There's this unexplainable force at work and we hunker down and talk about it or go out into the storm. It's a wonderful and, perhaps, necessary part of the game. If we get shut out during future updates, something wild will be lost. When all the wild is gone, I suspect we will die.
I like your Fairyland ideas. The path from the big cross-roads to the PVP area (consecutive areas with squishy things) could also bear changing. There's lots of room for change and connection. I hope there remains rainbows.
