probably just problems with your ip or your connection speed is not stable.
you can try to reset your ip , flush dns cache , winsock reset or netsh commands
type cmd on your search bar (near windows icon if you are on window 10)
run it as administrator

enter the follow commands:
ipconfig /release (press enter after you type the command)
ipconfig /renew (press enter after you type the command)
ipconfig /flushdns (press enter after you type the command)
(reset winsock with this code ,because any corruption in sockets or an infected LSP could lead to slow connection, website redirects, or even no access to websites.)
netsh winsock reset (after entering the command wait for it, and if it says restart your pc then do it)
