Look, if magic damage is amplified by x1.5 then we will deal more damage, and we will be able to hit higher level monsters quicker. This is necessary because our base damage is based on quantity, not quality. Melee is able to hit monsters much earlier than a mage ever could.
This would also reduce lag, by reducing 3 blasts to 2.
This would will also help take down the overpowered knock back a notch.
And to top it off, it would help with kill stealing (slightly).
