This should now be fixed in version 7.09. Let me know if you are still experiencing it then.

It's really random, sometimes it works, sometimes not

It is not fixed for me. Anytime I press Z, then I will loose B, N, M key functions. They just turn to normal shoot. Dash also quit to work.

i can dash just cant use shotgun, grenades, jump grenades, or upward shoot (anyskill)

It seems there were still a few bugs in there related to what order the keys were pressed. Go ahead and try now it should be fixed. If you still experience any problems with it let me know.
