Really? Cause I find them to be in two completely different categories.
Diabolical - Basically meaning that everyone is a badass/mean and they cause trouble everywhere.
The Devils Army - Basically saying they are THE DEVILS ARMY, sent straight from hell to unless havoc and chaos to everyone on the Overworld. They are the elite forces employed from the devil himself, as to Diabolicals are merely a bunch of hoodlums that roam Earth in search of trouble and a slap on the hand with a "Dont do it again."

I agree with Soul Slayer on this one, Roy. They're very similar thematically. Hoodlums aren't so much Diabolical as they are raucous. Diabolical would be either an evil genius or demon-like. Given the 666 flag and the guild description (and his name), I think Soul Slayer was pretty clearly going for the latter.
