1. Apply where everyone else does, they made it for a reason

3. If you looked at the forum thread that Naruto made it says where to apply, gives you a link, and even explains step by step what to do

Follow what I_am_a_Merchant said, go to the link provided in our official guild thread, apply through that and we will review your application. It might also be worth noting that the level requirement is 200 so at least try to get to level 200 to increase the chances of your application being successful.

One simple requirement is being able to use common sense and follow simple instructions. The level reqs have also been changed to level 250 this is needed so we don't lose levels. If stats are above average and you can show potential then exceptions can be made.
