Music
Music
Music
There's literally nothing else I find interesting that I'd be willing to spend my life doing except for music. I've already planned to trip out to Boston to go do the summer camp at Berklee College of Music and I have the support of friends and family, so I'm hoping that it goes somewhere instead of nowhere. It's all about what I make of it.

web development isnt something that you will want to go in. ive been doing it for 10 years plus just doing my own thing but i looked into job offers, the requirements for front end developers is too high expecting too much and the competition is really high because any coder (mainly javascript programmers) can easily take any job that you applied for.
So if you was to do anything development you don't just aim for one area, like "web design" "game developer", these areas including basic coding you can do 6month-year certifications for.
Your best option is to do something general. It won't give you all you need right off the bat for your certain path like game development, because you will need to learn that separately like during or after your degree.
When i say something general, i mean like
As boring and painful as this sounds, if you plan on getting job this is a major key degree many fields look for. This proves you are competent in many different aspects that is required in basically everything computer related.
Design is different. Like 3D art, even 2D. There is degrees in these areas ONLY if you want to do this type of work.
You have a shit ton more reading up to do and understanding what it takes for it all. Is it something worth all the debt? How "covered" are you if you failed? Meaning parents and their money to fall on. Would it be faster/cheaper doing community? Are you looking to just get jobs working on company work? Are you wanting to form your own work? You have the time or money to do that? What if you worked a full time job and worked on your own development?
Yeah..

For me, i didn't have the opportunity to decide anything. I knocked a girl up at the age 17.
Even before then i lacked proper parents showing life lessons or any involvement period. I grew up rough, very poor and family is very uneducated.
Because the kids mother left us for years, doing drugs, stripping, and even at one point up and left to Kansas... I never got the chance back. I'm 29 now.
I work at an applebees. I'm struggling learning programming. I spent the last few years learning digital art. And i'm posting all this on a fucking flash game forums.
But for me.. What other choice is there..
So. Self taught artist / programmer / game developer it is. All while i hold down a $13 an hour full time job until my hardwork pays off and i catch a break for once in my life.
Hope you all figure out and plan accordingly. You can fuck it up very fast.

Surgeon, neurosurgeon or anything in the medical field. I don't really have a decision since 65% of my family consist of doctors and surgeons I'm expected to follow the family tradition.

I've pondered this question every since it was given to me to decide after I started finished my GCSEs when I was 14/16, and I've never found anything that really spoke out to me.
I've looked all around from computer science, to music, even going to religious studies and possibly becoming an ethics mentor, perhaps human resources.
Generally, I don't have a life ambition, I have nothing going for me and that is likely going to stay that way due to lack of motivation to find anything worthwhile or anything that's actually worth working towards.

I'm generally aiming for things like civil engineer and/or architecture combined with computer design. The ideal future for me would be to own a company focusing on building houses from customer-made plans, and possibly other fronts. Basically Sims, but you get the house IRL.
However, this is of course a big goal to aim for. (Or should I say small goal?) But hey, at least I have the advantage of free education, since I live in Denmark.

I want to do something in Film Development. Directing, Acting, Editing and Special Effects, you name it. I love movies. I've done some small time acting in private projects of my own as well as directing, script writing, and editing. I don't know where I'm headed towards, since all my family says I should make better use of my intellect, but I feel like I'm leaning towards acting. It just sounds so enjoyable to me, being able to convey another character through my own motives (with direction from others obviously), but I mean hey, I'm 6 feet tall with blonde hair and blue eyes, so I feel like I got interesting enough looks to be wanted in the acting scene.
