Either all of them are false or the bottom one is false.
All of them can be false because saying the second statement is false means the first statement is false. If the first statement is false you cannot say it is because both of the below statements are true because that would create a paradox. That means both of the bottom statements must be false.
Just the bottom statement could be false because that is one statement and does not affect the other statements, meaning the first two are true.
