Toph Beifong, the Earthbending minx

Mine would probably Yip Man. His teaching greatly popularised the Wing Chun movement in the 20th century, with many of his students becoming grandmasters and going on to spread Wing Chun across the world.
Bruce Lee was one of his many students, but on top of teaching his own technique (Jeet Kune Do) he also went into the movie business which is probably why he's so well-known.

I don't know much of martial arts, but probably......

My uncle. He kicked a really hard piece of ice and broke it into pieces. (I couldn't even break it with a hammer)

That's true. I actually prefer Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do discipline over traditional Wing Chun. It seems more practical in modern street-fighting situations. Yip Man is still my favourite though 8-)
