I know everybody likes to make weapons and stuff like that. But one thing that I always run out of ideas for it background art. Such as trees, bushes, platforms, windmills, mushrooms, and stuff of that nature. If anybody has any ideas with drawings, those are always welcome!

That must be easier to make unlike weapons/gear so i might drop something later maybe just an idea without an image since im not the greatest designer

Do you mean a new background element to any stage, or one that might not even exist?

I'd love to help, but I can't draw
I can give ideas though! For what its worth. I'll edit this later when I get some good ideas.
EDIT: okay... so I let some ideas settle in my head... and I was thinking, there is only one place to fight Yellow Puff Monsters... it should get an extension, and beyond that I was thinking of Mad Rickey and the whole cult thing. So maybe if you could start making an area past that which belongs to Mad Rickey? I know they already have a cult hideout, but Mystic at the hideout says that Mad Rickey isn't there right now... so where is he?
What i'm getting to is, past the Yellow Puff Monsters, you could create this kind of corrupt fairy land area... You know, take Fairyville and corrupt it with kind of a swamp+haunted woods+fairyville effect... and have Mad Rickey's house or mansion or hideout or whatever there.
I probably could explain this better, but if anyone likes it i'd appreciate a response and if you really like it maybe draw it? I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but i'll share it because I can. Thanks!

Both types of areas I suppose. Ones that exist or ones that don't exist as well if you want.

VOL..
CAN..
NO!
VOLCANO! It could be north on the windmills, on south, branching off the beach maps.
I can see it now!
Dark skies....
black sands, smoke and ash all around. behemoths in the distance, vomiting fiery broth as they roar. and the DEAD TREES.

Yeah I dont know if I can make major backgrounds elements because those involve a lot more detail, its hard to make good looking details on paint.

After several years of playing RPG's, I can certainly appreciate this thread. Everyone wants to suggest new items, but nobody wants to help with the less tangible stuff. Just go to the Nexus for all of the TES mods. The grand majority of them are either perverted or weapon/armor related (or both).
I only have MS Paint, but I'd be happy to try and draw some scenery for you anyhow, if it helps. Do you have any themes you're thinking about for future areas? I'd like to make something within your future intentions.

I only have MS Paint too, but I might switch to Gimp or something similar (and free) down the line.
Working on:
Crystal Caves (connected to EVIl forest), The Eldritch Wastes (connected to Crystal Caves), as well as the corresponding monsters. I suck REALLY bad at drawing though, so please be lenient when judging my artwork.
