Banning Appeal list in Forum

It's annoying to see people posting wherever about their character who's been banned. I think Robby should add Banned/Unbanned in the Board Index.

Isn't that what the Bugs/Errors section is generally used for? I mean, if you're banned, but you claim that you're innocent, wouldn't your ban be an error?

I know that the General section is pretty much revolving around Helmet Heroes related things but, it would be WAY tidier if there were little sub sections instead
