New Areas with a TWIST!

Postby uradas » Sat Nov 22, 2014 9:06 pm

Although i can't yet kill the strongest enemies in the game I have a thought for the higher leveled players.

Somewhere within the dangers of the repguana sanction lies the deadly and populated crypts. Being able to introduce new powerful undead monsters, new items, and possibly a new village (Refugee Camp).

Monster Ideas (please post other possibilities)
- Zombie -Skeleton -Banshee and/or Ghosts -Mummy
- New Crypt boss
Not all enemies have to be big to be powerful.

Items (please post ideas)
- Theme based weapons (high and low level) -Dark and Light weapon attributes
- Theme based armor (high and low level) - New pet gear

The TWIST
To make things a little more challenging for the higher leveled players, enemies should be a more of a threat not just adding power or self rage skill. Maybe increasing the enemy density and decreasing the amount of time it takes the enemy to spawn. To top it off, why can't the enemy be aggressive and come after you!

It was just a thought, would love to see more map and enemies we all can relate to from past games :P
Please post respectful thoughts, if you all think its an okay idea ill even add pictures of the monsters i drew up :D

I feel like this is the answer to beggars/low level lootstealers at high level areas. Instead of just having monsters walking back and forth, they should be doing this.

Anyway great suggestion and I would love a new village to explore! :D

I'd love to see more "aggressive" mobs, the current mobs have walking patterns that can be predicted and avoided; with more aggressive mobs, players will put more into defense instead of going for the glass cannon build. It would also kill off all the lower leveled loot stealers who lurk around trying to steal loot.

Support...there could be potential hilarious situations in which small monster such as green bouncers rush towards you and attack you.

I guess this would also make GVG servers easier, as the players would also turn into targets. Which could be potentially disastrous. But green bouncers attacking you...can't beat that.

Seriously though... We need to do the universe a favor and wipe this world out. Admittedly, we're bound to do it whether we intend to or not in just a matter of time.

If this idea comes true, there will surely be another video of yours introducing the update. I will be looking forward to watching it.

SAppOrt
but wont it be a problem if a whole bunch of monsters like lycan said follows u across the whole map?

That would be an easy issue to fix, just make the enemies so they have to stay within a certain area of the map and if they leave there spot to far they just tele back to there original spawn point. That way no one person can horde the whole map and make it lag. With increased enemy density it would still be a challenge.

Honestly, I didn't even read all of the OP's post. As soon as I saw the word undead I clicked "post a reply" because I totally support.

MAJOR SUPPORT for undead monsters!!!!! Any and all! And while I know this would never happen, I give support to a necromancer skill for mages!
