I buy 680(its only estimated i forgot the exact numbers) tix from regi09, he trade me with different account(dont know its IGN) and the trade was successful.Next is i buy the resale60% on vault for 430 tix and i sell the reamaining, a day after i try to log in my account and it says "Banned for steam refund". Sir i didn't know that its from cheat. its been almost a month after i got banned and i use a lot of money to make it strong. please help me to un-banned my account(xxxyoupornxxx) i didn't do anything wrong. Hope you will help me regarding this matter. THANKS!

I bought some tix for a few days and transefered more than the half to my alt and my alt get the steam refund bann. I am very happy that not my main account get a bann
Send a E-Mail to Robscherer123@gmail.com and ask him friendly to unbann your account. Maybe you have luck and you get your account back, i wait for that too.

icelee23 yeah your correct, but sad to say i dont think robby and any of the moderators is willing to help me. i send email to robby multiple times but there's no single reply on it. i really like this game but i wish it has a good "support" because the only reason this game is still working is because without us this game wont be able to keep going. i wish improvements on their forum.

Agree. If players are getting banned because OTHERS are cheating, and the powers that be fail to respond, then Scherer Designs is a poorly run business.

NO SHIT, Robby doesn't support Helmet Heroes anymore. Quit buying shit in this game. He only let you Philippines people back into the game to make a little bit more money on helmet heroes as he works on Eliatopia.

I repeat. Helmet Heroes is a UNSUPPORTED GAME. You will receive ZERO help. You should of check the forums BEFORE you spent real money.


And yes obviously people are cheating. Robby doesn't touch helmet heroes anymore. Your bans are automated by the game itself. Not by Robby. You retards are Robby's Passive income.
