Account recovering methods?

Account recovering methods?

If there already isn't, shouldn't there be an account recovering method like using the original email on the account, acc creation date, og password or sum?

When my account(s) were taken, on both the forums and ingame, there were 0 notifications about any change, which is why I didn't notice in time and recover them before they were harmed. Absolutely stupid.
