He didn't say anything about that, tbh. Looking at the original thread of "Player's Choice: The Next Big Update", he said "I'll take the next several days or week before I go forward with one of the two." Guild Castles won, yet Robby wanted to release the "Ultra Power" update. Usually, robby is a man of his word...(Well...robby never did release that apple helmet, tho.).
