I went in search of my booth, but ALL of them were gone. So I exited and BAM! Booths everywhere.

hmm.... may i ask why you decided to color that stuff out? I already know your lvl and i don't think anyone cares who that guy is This is a weird glitch, could you access any of those vendors?

I could access all of them.

The coloring is just kind of a funny thing people do, like in police videos or on tv the block random peoples faces out.

Seems the loading of the vendors must have taken so long and happened to complete whenever you'd already changed areas. I'll make it so this can't happen in the new update.
