Skills reset and losing skills points.

When I log on it will reset my skill points and I will have to put them all back in how they were or similar to it. Sometimes it will stay there but almost every other time or 3 times it will reset my skill points. Also I lost 7 skills I purchased with the skill book from the library. Can you fix this please. Because it aggravating to lose money on something you invested in and to not receive the rewards.
