Hello , some from my friends was sayng me they wasn't seeing this big wheel it's a preety big bug? Anyway if you look up it's bugged soo i think it's going to be werry good if it's going to be fixed

He is referring to the top of the Ferris wheel which looks like it has fallen off. If you go down you can find the top of the ferris wheel in the ground for some odd reason.

Okay. In Snowy Flats, if you go to the Ferris Wheel and take a look at it, you can see that the very top of the Ferris Wheel has been cut off. Just compare the following two gifs.





Regardless of the quality settings, you can still see it.


And if you go down in the same area, you can see that the missing part of the Ferris Wheel... is in the ground.

ah the cart. thanks for the find sir idol miso tho i dont think its the same what ts meant coz he says wheel. anyways, it should be on annoying visual bug thread
