I can't use the Rage Skill

I'm lvl 118, I have 60 MP on my cowboy, upgraded the rage skill 1 time (5 sec duration) but when I press "R" the game show me the message of Not enough MP.
Sorry about my english, can anyone help me?

np...every 100 levels, the amount of mana used increases so that high level players aren't spamming their skills (ahem...mages). So when you reach 200, you'll use 3x normal mp.
