Extortion Racket on Helmet Heroes

Ran into this guy in the blob room yesterday. I shot him down pretty quickly when he told me to leave money on the ground or else. But one of the other people he was messing with begged me to post this so here it is.

I captured him doing this to 1 person but I saw at least 3 that he tried it on. Thanks for your time.

Hey, at least he learned that lesson with virtual money rather than someone taking advantage of him for real cash. I'd consider that a win.
