Another crooked PvP health thing

I've been dealing tons of damage to this guy and he's like left with 20 HP and it never goes below that though he moves and strikes and says its some GVG glitch he doesn't know how to stop

first, i was in gvg, and i want to teleport to buy banana in geraldo and when im there im dead, but i can move,chat,loot while have hp but when 0 hp cant loot and deal damge, thats all i can remember
