Someone open my Brother Account

Okey here's my first time here, but my brother is only 11 yrs. old and cant create report, he really like helmet heroes.

so here's my report, today he played helmet heroes but a mins later after he logged out, he tried to play again, and he saw that his account now is empty, from items to money and also his pet is gone.

all i want is to bring back the items, money and pets of my brother.
AND I WANT TO BANNED THAT PLAYER WHO STOLE THE THINGS OF MY BROTHER!

Thanks for advance hope it'll resolved sooner, i dont like to see my brother crying about that.

Did you see him on a weebly site that says it gives you free money, tix, items, etc? If so, he got scammed. If not, then I don't know, but what website does he play HH on? Steam, official website, kongregate, or any other? I'm pretty sure the official website is the safest, so if he was on there, then it was most likely an experienced hacker, being hacking is pretty hard.
