I'm not taking either side here, I'd just like to throw in the thoughts that English is the 3rd most spoken language on the planet, is the most spoken language in terms of financial/business success, and this game is written entirely in English and hosted off of American servers. Is it really so "racist" to expect the players of this game to be able to communicate with who the game was made for?

Separate servers are a good idea in theory... However if Robby won't even pay more than 25 dollars a month to keep his fellow Americans from lagging, I think it's reasonable to assume he would never spend a dime on Filipino servers.

Actually, he might. Alot of the bigger ticket buyers are Filipino. Ex: ShuMage, _ARRABELLA__, Ann_marie003, YosenFPS, BrandoFPS, DontClickMeinNoob, ect.
