I'm just making light of the situation because I'm not sensitive to any of this. I come from a multicultural family and I grew up in a multicultural society in the transplant city that is Atlanta. I just don't see a point in making a big deal over race or any of that.

Nothing is offensive until somebody takes offense to it. I have "black" in me (amongst most other races as well to some degree) and if somebody calls me a nigger I don't get offended. Why would I? It stems from the word "black" in Latin (negro). For me to say it's offensive to be called a nigger I'd basically be saying that it's offensive to be called black, which would in turn make me the racist one, not the one who directed the comment. Food for thought kiddies.

Rivaled by others in this world who have come to find words such as "nigger" offensive.
There may be others who share your opinion that it is not offensive but in in the "most recent" (I.e slavery) it has been used in a way to describe those of African decent or of black skin color in a derogatory way.
That is why it is banned and people try to find a way around it in usernames which is against the rules.

Now maybe you should bring "the definition of racism" to Rob and tell him to add it to the Tos. Since it's not "clear" it's up for discussion.
