I did manage to long in ONCE but that's it (1 week ago)

I was in glord flats,died for no reason and ended up in pvp :O can you please fix that glitch because then I had to walk all the way back there and I rage quited

it wouldn`t let me sign in and says "attempting duplicate sign on" what should I do? it wouldn't let me log in for a few days now
